Browse section →This Asylum Life wiki is the reference database for the Roblox facility roleplay game by Stone-Haven County Asylum. Asylum Life Roblox players use these pages to look up team roles, patient sub-team unlock levels, keycard prices, weapon damage, job payouts, and title requirements without digging through scattered forum posts.
Asylum Life supports up to 40 players per server across five main teams: Patient (unlimited slots), Orderly, Medical, Elite Protection Unit (gamepass), and Facility Director (gamepass). Patients earn Credits, buy contraband from the shop, and attempt escapes; staff patrol corridors, run medical procedures, and arrest hostile patients who break facility rules.
The game is live — frequent updates with frequent content drops — Staff Auxiliary Armory heists, ECM Jammer utility, Request Cuffs for medical staff, and emote gachas all shifted the meta in 2026. Cross-check live values on the Roblox game page after each patch before planning gear purchases or escape routes.
Use Wiki Search for instant lookup, the tier list for sub-team and weapon rankings, the escape guide for breakout routes, and the codes page for active 3x EXP boosters that accelerate level 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 unlocks.

Two currencies drive Asylum Life progression: Credits (shop money) and XP (team levels). Credits buy patient contraband — Staff Disguise, Stolen Staff Card, Crowbar, ECM Jammer, Night Vision, and Gas Mask — from the cafeteria-area patient shop. Earn Credits by mopping spills, talking to Mitch, completing jobs, arresting hostiles as Orderly, or participating in Riot events.
XP cannot be purchased directly. It levels your current team and unlocks sub-teams every 25 levels on the patient tree (Peaceful / Psychotic at 25, Psychosomatic / Unhinged at 50, Brute at 75, Hysteric at 100). Staff teams have their own sub-team trees with combat and support roles. Higher levels gate better perks — Brute grab-and-toss and taser immunity, Hysteric Go Crazy buff with gas mask, and Orderly Commander arrest tools.
The Shop Boosters tab sells 2x Credits and 2x EXP session boosters. You can run one Credits booster and one EXP booster simultaneously, but not two EXP boosters of the same tier. Code redeems from the codes page typically grant 3x EXP boosters — redeem right before high-output activities.
Pro servers (server picker icons, requires level 40 on any team) double both EXP and Credits. Server events — Riot, Infection, Bomb Frenzy — add temporary multipliers; Riot often pays triple EXP during peak chaos. Retirement resets your team to level 1 but grants a permanent 1.1× EXP multiplier stack each time you retire (up to five retirement title tiers).
High-XP methods ranked: contracts (risky but huge bursts), Riot participation, arrests as Orderly/EPU (~45 XP and 250 Credits per arrest with consistent repeat values), mopping (~5 XP and 30–90 Credits per spill with multipliers), then passive laundry or wall painting (low yield). See the credits guide for Mitch locations and job routes.
| Multiplier | Requirement | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| 3x EXP code | Redeem in Shop | Triple XP per action |
| 2x Shop booster | Buy or daily reward | Double Credits or EXP |
| Pro server | Level 40+ any team | 2× EXP + 2× Credits |
| Riot event | Server event timer | Up to 3× EXP (varies) |
| Retirement stack | Retire a team | +1.1× EXP per retirement |
Team selection defines your entire Asylum Life session. Patients have unlimited slots and are the default recommendation for new players — easy Credit income from mopping, early escape learning, and straightforward XP from jobs. Orderlies patrol, arrest hostile patients, and guard restricted zones with stun weapons. Medical heals allies, runs X-Ray and Brain Scan procedures, and supports both staff and cooperative patients.
Elite Protection Unit (EPU) is a Robux gamepass team with knockout grenades, recon drones, and advanced combat kits. Facility Director (limited to two slots per server) holds high-command tools — management tablet, authorization powers, and vials. Directors can authorize patients for legal passage, a common escape path for coordinated groups.
Team choice affects which weapons, jobs, and sub-teams you can access. Patients cannot spawn with taser rifles but can steal gear during riots. Orderlies earn steady XP from arrests without the diminishing returns that patient-on-patient kills suffer. Medical staff earn Credits and XP from procedures while staying safer during riots if they stick to heal routes.
Switch teams from the spawn menu when slots are available. Gamepass teams fill quickly on popular servers. Check the beginner guide for first-hour team advice and the tier list for sub-team power rankings once you approach level 25.

Cause mischief, earn Credits, and attempt to escape the facility.

Protect staff, patrol corridors, and arrest hostile patients.

Heal patients and staff, run X-Ray and Brain Scan jobs.

Advanced combat team with knockout grenades and recon drones.

High command with management tablet, vials, and authorization tools.
Patient sub-teams unlock every 25 levels along branching paths in Asylum Life. At level 25 you choose Peaceful Patient (125 HP, defense push, reduced bounty) or Psychotic Patient (100 HP, offensive push, stronger fists). Level 50 opens Psychosomatic (night vision, aggressive tools) or Unhinged (banner and lunge attacks). Level 75 unlocks Brute Patient — high HP, grab-and-toss, taser immune. Level 100 unlocks Hysteric Patient with Go Crazy buff, night vision, and gas mask synergy.
Sub-team perks change escape and riot viability more than raw HP numbers suggest. Brute and Hysteric rank S-tier on the tier list for experienced players who know map timings. Peaceful suits players who want lower bounty attention while learning keycard routes from the escape guide.
Staff teams mirror the sub-team structure with Orderly, Medical, and EPU variants (Patrol Officer, Combat Medic, Damage Control, Commander, etc.). Staff sub-teams spawn with role-appropriate weapons — stunsticks, taser rifles, mediguns — that patients must steal or buy as contraband.
Use 3x EXP codes from the codes page before grinding toward level 25. The first sub-team choice is your most impactful early meta decision — read tier notes before respeccing through retirement.

Items in Asylum Life split into utility, keycards, medical gear, and patient contraband. The Mop is free at stations — essential for Credits and XP. Night Vision and Gas Mask counter dark zones and pepper spray / knockout grenades. Staff Disguise (100 Credits) helps patients blend with staff during stealth escapes.
Keycards gate facility zones. Stolen Staff Card (2,000 Credits or kill drop) opens patient areas and equipment rooms. Stolen Elevator Card (kill drop only) accesses the Cubic Complex Elevator — a critical endgame escape route. Patients often farm Credits via Mitch and mopping before buying keycards instead of relying on random kill drops.
Crowbar (8,500 Credits) doubles as melee weapon and vent access tool. ECM Jammer (5,500 Credits) forces doors open for 45 seconds but triggers hostility — pair with Gas Mask and an exit plan. Medical Kit and Medigun serve Medical staff and patients who want ranged healing during riots.
Coffee and Soda are not just flavor — Drink Coffee grants 350 XP and Drink Soda grants 650 XP when completed as jobs. Grab Coffee at four map locations for cheap progression between mop cycles.

Weapons in Asylum Life are team-gated but often tradable through riots and equipment room theft. Patients start with fists, upgrade to Glass Shard (15–25 damage), Crowbar, Molotov, and stolen staff gear. Orderlies spawn with Stunstick and access Taser Rifle from the equipment room. EPU carries Knockout Grenade (AoE KO). Medical can buy Medigun for ranged heals.
Weapon choice affects riot outcomes and escape pressure. Taser rifles control crowds — Brute patients counter with immunity at level 75. Molotovs create area denial for patient pushes. Pepper Gun blinds targets for orderly arrests.
Patients can steal taser rifles during riots when equipment room doors open. Killing staff drops keycards and sometimes weapons — high risk, high reward, but bounty and hostility escalate quickly. The tier list ranks Crowbar and ECM Jammer utility alongside direct damage weapons.

Jobs are the steady economy backbone of Asylum Life. All teams can Mop Floor spills (15 mops per task cycle), Drink Coffee at four locations (350 XP), and Drink Soda three times (650 XP). Medical and patient pairs run X-Ray, Brain Scan, and Elongation procedures for variable Credits and XP.
Orderlies add Patrol routes and Arrest tasks — arresting the same hostile repeatedly pays consistent ~45 XP and ~250 Credits per arrest, making orderly grinding predictable during boosters. Contracts (available on all teams) roll random objectives with high XP payouts but risky requirements — refresh if you dislike the roll, but you may lose a good booster window.
Daily and weekly missions in the Shop also distribute booster items and Credits. Combine job loops with Pro servers and code boosters for fastest progression. Full Mitch and mop routes live on the credits guide.

Titles are cosmetic badges with unlock conditions tracked across your account. Notable Asylum Life titles include Escapist (multiple successful escapes), Cat Whisperer (hidden cats around the facility), One Million (stat milestone), 2500 Kill (patient combat), Mop Master (1,000 spills), and Retirement I–V (one to five team retirements). Code 1MILLION? grants an exclusive code title on redeem.
Titles do not grant combat stats but signal experience level in matchmaking and roleplay groups. Chase Escapist alongside the escape guide, Mop Master while doing Credits grinds, and Retirement tiers when you deliberately reset for the 1.1× EXP multiplier stack.
The dedicated titles guide lists rarity tiers (Uncommon through Legendary / Exclusive) and category tags — Escape, Exploration, Combat, Jobs, Progression, Codes.
